Once engaged, myCIO.org performs extensive analysis of the business in order to provide a personalized strategic plan and road map. The myCIO.org road map outlines the steps to low-cost efficiency and effective use of technology. This initial process sees past the current problems to find the right path to success.
Every month, myCIO.org will meet with the business’ managed service provider to create action items from metrics to ensure progress toward the end state goal. myCIO.org will then meet with the business stakeholders and review the progress and recommended adjustments. This creates transparency throughout the process. On a quarterly basis, meetings will focus on updating the roadmap and the technology strategic plan.
Between the meetings, myCIO.org will be monitoring metrics and progress on a continual basis, providing oversight and guidance to achieve progress against the business road map.
